Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • The item must not show signs of damage, wear, or alteration.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the product

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days.

5. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
